Sakandar Khan charged with sexual assault

Sakandar Khan (08/09/1956) has been charged after a woman was sexually assaulted near Rochdale town centre on Tuesday 10 October.
Khan, of Park Hill, was charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence, when he appeared at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Monday (16 October).
He has been remanded to appear at Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday 13 November.
